My Philosophy Behind Therapy
My philosophy behind therapy is founded on two basic beliefs. I believe individuals need to be recognized and heard, and that people can change, if willing, with guidance. Using a client-centered approach, I allow clients to set a comfortable pace for therapy. Through a relationship of trust and understanding, I help adults creatively gain a realistic perspective of their own experience, so that they can make healthy choices and create more satisfying relationships with others and the world around them.
